The American investment company SigmaBleyzer posted information on its website that it has entered into an agreement on cooperation with the Ukrainian trading platform Ukraine Commodity Clearing (UCC). The agreement provides for the conclusion of a deal on the entry of SigmaBleyzer into the capital of the UCC trading platform. The parties took several months to study mutually beneficial conditions. SigmaBleyzer plans to create an investment fund in Ukraine, which will focus on the energy sector, including gas production. The volume of assets managed by SigmaBleyzer as of 2012 was $1 billion.
