According to the estimator of the regulator, the country's economic growth will remain rapid, and its slowdown in 2019 “is due to a small decline in export dynamics and a slowdown in the growth of domestic consumption.” The Central Bank expects that in 2018 Lithuania's exports will increase by 5.7%, in 2019 - by 4.6%. Private domestic consumption will grow by 3.8% this year, next year - by 3.5%. According to the forecast, the average annual inflation in 2018 will be 2.7%, in 2019 - 2.2%.
