The British pharmaceutical company, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), has completed the acquisition of the American company Tesaro, which manufactures onco drugs. The deal value exceeded $5 billion. The information was announced in December 2018. GlaxoSmithKline believes that the deal will strengthen the pharmaceutical business and expand the prospects for cancer treatment.
