The figure was significantly higher than experts' forecasts of 2 billion 790 million euros. Reporting for the fourth quarter indicates an increase in the company's revenue by 25% compared with the same period a year earlier to 3 billion 831 million euros, the Gucci brand showed a quarterly increase of 28% in particular. Kering's revenue for the entire 2018 year amounted to 13 billion 665 million euros. Its growth was at the level of 26.3%. At the end of the year, the company’s management decided to raise dividends to 10.5 euros from 6 euros a year earlier.
