The consumer confidence index in Turkey in November for the first time in 4 months showed an increase. According to the Turkish Statistical Institute, its value increased to 59.6 points compared to the lowest since December 2008 level of 57.3 points in October. Growth was shown by such indicators as financial and economic expectations of households for the next year and an indicator of the probability of conservation. However, Turkish households expect an increase in the number of unemployed in the next 12 months. Inflation in the country reached 25.4%. At the same time, in August and September, a current account surplus was recorded in Turkey, and in October there was an increase in home sales for the first time in 3 months.
