The net profit of the French fashion house Hermes International in the first half of the year increased by 17% to 708 million euros. The executive chairman of the Hermes board of directors, Axel Dumas, who participated in the teleconference, congratulated employees and shareholders with high semi-annual results. The profitability of Hermes over the earnings period reached a record of 34.5%. The company increased revenue, not taking into account changes in exchange rates, by 11.2%. During trading on Wednesday, Hermes shares rose 2.1%.
