Perion Network from Israel, which specializes in providing advertising solutions to publishers and brands, announced the acquisition of a Ukrainian startup called Captain Growth for $3,750,000. Under the terms of the deal, Perion Network will pay part of this amount in cash, and the rest will be paid in the next 2 years if certain key performance indicators are reached. The Israeli company expects to benefit from the application of the Captain Growth's patented technology, which is called Value Unlock. The artificial intelligence created by the Ukrainian company carries out the analysis of advertising, and also manages the activities of clients in the field of marketing.
