The provisional data turnover in June 2019's retail trade was 1.6% in real terms. On the other hand, the nominal terms are smaller at 0.9% in June 2018. The days open for sale numbered to 24 back in June in the current year. It was 26 back in 2018 same month.
Comparing against the previous year's performance, this year's retail trade turnover, for the first six months, in real terms is 2.2% and in nominal terms, 2.9% higher in the same period.
Adjustment for calendar and seasonal variations would render the June turnover in real terms being 3.5 and in nominal terms, 3.6 higher than in May this year.
