American corporation McDonald’s announced the purchase of an Israeli IT-company engaged in artificial intelligence technologies. In the message, the transaction amount is not disclosed. It is estimated at around $300 million and makes this acquisition the largest for McDonald’s in the past twenty years. Dynamic Yield will become a division of McDonald’s and continue to serve its customers, such as IKEA, Fendi and Foreva 21. The technologies in which it is engaged contribute to the automatic selection of content for display on the screens, taking into account a number of factors, such as seasonal preferences. McDonalds capitalization currently stands at $143 billion. Since the beginning of the year, it has increased by 4.6%.
