Irish budget carrier Ryanair Holdings said that because of the strike of flight attendants in Spain, Portugal and Belgium it will cancel up to 300 flights a day in these countries on July 25 and 26. Cabin Crew United said that in the last 7 months there had been no progress in the negotiations with Ryanair, and published a number of requirements, including improvement of the economic conditions and security for flight attendants, as well as creation of a “fair and favorable work culture”. Ryanair offered 50 thousand passengers who were supposed to fly on canceled flights, alternative flights for different dates or full refund of tickets.
