Japanese Sony will move its headquarters from Britain to Holland due to the uncertainty about the country's withdrawal from the European Union. A company representative, Takashi Iida, noted that the company was moving from its European headquarters to the Netherlands. Moving before the completion of the Brexit deal will allow Sony to avoid customs procedures. Sony clarifies that the European team will not move to Holland, only the place of registration will change. Moving to Holland guarantees the company that pan-European customs measures will be extended to Sony after Brexit. The exit of Great Britain from the EU takes place on March 29.
