South Korean investment company Hahn&Co announced the completion of the acquisition of a 90% stake in the shipping company SK Shipping for $1, 350 million from the energy conglomerate SK Group, finversia.ru writes. According to LNG World Shipping, thanks to the purchase of the largest shipping company in South Korea, the Hahn&Co fleet will have 16 tankers for liquefied natural gas. The SK Shipping fleet has 10 LNG tankers already in operation and 2 other ships under construction with a capacity of 180 thousand cubic meters, which will be delivered in 2019. According to the agreement already concluded with SK E&S, the new tankers will deliver LNG from the USA to Korea.
