The foreign trade surplus of Belarus for the period from January to July 2018 decreased by 46.2% in annual terms to 403 million 300 thousand dollars, the National Bank of the country reported. During this period, exports increased by 18.8% and amounted to 23 billion 760 million dollars. Import increased by 21.3% to 23 billion 360 million dollars. At the same time, during the earnings period, there was an increase in the deficit of foreign trade in goods by 72.3% up to 1 billion 600 million dollars. Nevertheless, the positive balance of foreign trade in services for the period from the beginning of the year to July grew by 19.4% to $2 billion.
