The number of jobs reached a record level of 32,720,000, an increase of 457,000 in annual terms. The annual growth of the average weekly wage for British without bonuses was at the level of 3.4%, and taking into account bonuses it was 3.5%. In March, unemployment benefit was received by 26,700 British citizens more than in February.
