The world's largest service of express delivery United Parcel Service plans to hire about 100,000 temporary employees who will work during the winter holidays season in the US. MarketWatch reports that this year UPS plans to exceed the number of 95,000 temporary workers hired last year. The most popular categories of seasonal workers are drivers and packers of goods for full and part-time work. According to UBS, 35% of seasonal workers were accepted for further permanent work in the company for the last 3 years. UBS accounts for almost half of all shipments to the US, which makes it a barometer of the US economy.
